Sponsored by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and New Jersey's Clean Energy Program, Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® is an initiative that offers state residents access to trained, certified home improvement contractors that deliver state-of-the-art energy efficiency improvements to their home to save money, energy, and the environment

Save dramatically on energy costs and increase the comfort, safety, and durability of your most important investment with New Jersey’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program. As a Contractor certified by the Building Performance Institute we will identify sources of wasted energy and help make money-saving improvements, such as insulation and air-sealing, windows and doors, lighting and appliances, and upgraded heating and cooling systems.

Financial Incentives to Customers

• Low-interest loan @ 3.99%, up to $20,000
• 50% subsidy for Income Qualified Participants, up to $5,000
• 20% cash back for customers not using the other incentives, up to $5,000
